Frequently asked questions
Does NexaPlay include channels or playlists?
No. NexaPlay is only the player. You use your own playlists, from sources you are allowed to use.
Where do I get my code?
The app creates it on first launch and shows it on screen. You do not need to create it on the website.
Can I change my code or move it to another device?
No. The code is generated automatically, it is unique and stays on the device where it was created. You can add a password to your code, in Upload List, to keep it protected.
How does the free trial start?
It starts when the app registers for the first time. No card is needed.
Is the £10 payment monthly?
No. It is a single payment for one device. There is no monthly subscription.
